“I took my 2012 Cannonball Alto Sax (Gerald Albright Signature Edition) to Jenni Pollmann, Instrument Repair Tech at West Michigan Band & Instrument, to perform a complete tear-down & inspection, and to provide a thorough cleaning along with any needed repairs. Jenni additionally provided pro-level, key action adjustments to balance the upper and lower key responses. Jenni’s work greatly exceeded my expectations! Jenni brought the appearance of this 13-year-old sax’ to nearly new condition, and the overall response and ease of playing is the best I have experienced in all the years that I have owned it! Jenni additionally adjusted the high G key which greatly improve the G response. I highly recommend Jenni for any of your sax repair and adjustment needs!
